Learn to relax
If you are not relaxed then it can be very difficult to become aroused. This can lead to further problems responding sexually, and can have an adverse affect on the running of your relationship. Try having a bath before sex, or whatever it is that gets you relaxed. This will help to ease your tension, and open you up more to your partner’s advances. Take things slowly. There is no need to rush into sex. Try kissing, touching and oral to get things going. Do not pressure your partner into having sex as this will only increase their nervousness.
