Sex doesn’t need to be all the time
It may be a shock to hear, but one way to improve your sex life is to cut back on it. If you have sex too often, then this can take all the excitement out of it. If you stop having sex then this can help you to get back to basics, and to realise what it is that you actually enjoy. Don’t rush back into things if you do have a break. Take your time and turn it into a monumental event. But ensure that both partners are okay with having a short break.
