Know the limits

There are certain things that will not be expected of you in a therapy session, such as undertaking a medical examination, which should be sought from your GP. You can take your time when it comes to disclosing your feelings, and should not feel forced into doing so. If you feel that certain acts or discussions with your therapist are wrong or unethical, then you should think about reporting them to their agency or to the person who referred them.
